Meet Ross Bishop – Director of Farnbuild
Farnbuild is led by Ross Bishop, who has more than 20 years of experience within the construction industry.
Ross began his career as an apprentice in plumbing and heating, gaining practical experience working directly in customers' homes before progressing into wider construction, property maintenance and project management.
Over the years, his role developed from working on the tools to managing teams, trades, suppliers and complete refurbishment projects. This hands-on background remains an important part of how Farnbuild operates today.
As Director of Farnbuild, Ross is personally involved in ensuring projects are properly planned, customers are kept informed and the standard of workmanship remains high.
Ross is also a property investor himself, giving him an understanding of projects from both sides. He recognises that homeowners want quality, trust and attention to detail, while landlords and investors also need to consider budgets, timescales, durability and the long-term value of improvements.
